Allow Us to Reorder Survey Options

When I'm adding options to the survey, they don't stay in the order I enter them, nor can I drag them to be reordered. For example, I'm trying to do a NPS style survey on our team about our product. I can enter 0, 1, 2, ... but once I get to 9, it reorders 9 to go between 0 and 1. I can't reorder them and it's really frustrating.
