Allow Admins in a Paid Instance access to AI Summary feature
Our instance of easy retro is a paid subscriber, so we'd like for paid features to be available to any Admin within that same instance. Currently only the owner of the account can use the feature, which severely reduces the opportunity to take advantage of your new features.

When I click a link to a board and am not logged in, I am sent through the log-in flow. After logging in, I am redirected to a main list of boards. However, I expected to be redirected the original board link I was trying to view.

Analytics page: # of contributors should be more visible. Retro participation is one of the first metrics we consider to understand if the feedback is representative

would be nice to open an existing board and select a different theme from the list instead of having to change it myself...thats inconvenient

For each card, be able to create action items, that can be assigned to different people. Currently, you can convert a card to an action card, but that's not the same. Usually, for a topic, there might be multiple action items that come out of the discussion.

If there is a quick and easy way to check whether there has been any new comments in the Dashboard that would be great! Right now, we have to individually click on each board to see if there have been any new comments. One suggestion: Have a `Last update/card/comment/vote` on each board in the dashboard. So we can quickly see.

Allow non-admins to mark action items complete. Use case is when there's a rotating moderator and we want that person to be able to close out previous AIs.

Add reporting features to allow us to see who logged in, when, etc. History. This helps with seeing who is using and who rarely or never uses. Also aids in informing who is not using SSO when they should be.
