Default board setting for team

Comments - For my team, I always create new boards using the same template, and with the same #votes and hide/show options. It would be a nice `quality of life` smoothing out of the UX if I could set those as the default for the team, so that when creating a new board for the team the standard options are pre-selected. - Alternatively when you `clone` a board it could copy the settings
