Descriptions Text Contrast with Background

When using a background image for the board, the column description text is often ineligible. Treating this area more like the column header, cards, or intelligently setting a contrast to the background color would improve legibility.

Note: It is fine in dark mode most of the time. This is a light mode user issue.
