Timer improvements

Timer should appear on all instances of the board when the host activates the timer.

Timer should change colour as it nears the end of the time.

Timer should have the option of playing a sound when time is up.

Timer makes a noize or is blinking when time is up. A lot of times people do not recognize that time is up.
